Here at Sight for Wight we are delighted to welcome the new Wight Sense team who will be delivering the Isle of Wight Sensory Support services for anyone living with Sight or Hearing loss.

Lisa Hollyhead - CEO of Sight for Wight

Having worked for Sight for Wight since January 2018, Lisa was delighted to accept the role as CEO in July 2020. Being the first registered blind woman in the UK to qualify as a chartered accountant back in the early nineties, she feels privileged to be at the helm of our 155 year-old charity.

Paula Matthews - Hearing Impairment/Equipment Officer


Paula has worked helping people living with a hearing impairment for 16 years; she is a true expert in her field and makes sure she keeps abreast of new developing equipment to get the best for her clients.

 


 

Karen Chessell - Deaf/Blind Officer


Karen has worked with deaf people for many years and with those living with dual sensory loss for over 12 years. Karen has developed a great deal of knowledge and is a great asset to those living here on the Island.

 


 

Caron Fezzani - Assessment Officer


Caron has previously worked with Sight for Wight as a member support officer and worked within care services here on the Island for many years. Caron is looking forward to carrying our assessments and identifying the most effective way we can support clients.

 


 

Andrew Milford-Wood - Service Administrator

Andrew joined the Wight Sense team in November 2022. He provides administrative support to the Wight Sense Practitioners, and gathers feedback from our service users.
